VALORANT Mobile, which has been kept mostly under wraps by Riot Games for at least two years, is starting to emerge into the wild. It is currently being playtested – and a huge portion of that activity is occurring in China (on VALORANT Mobile China). Recently, new features of VALORANT Mobile have been made public through leaks, and there’s one particular feature that PC players have their eyes on – and are actively jealous of.
It’s only a simple thing, but it’s enough to be working up the core fans of VALORANT. Since 2020, this shooter has been working its way up the ranks to become known globally as one of the most powerful and valuable esports titles in the world. It boasts multi-million-dollar tournaments, a thriving ecosystem, and a huge presence in social and streaming circles. But when it comes to this unique VALORANT Mobile feature, none of that is enough.
So, What’s The Secret VALORANT Mobile Feature?
It’s simple, as I’ve just said.
Following the end of a match, an MVP in VALORANT Mobile is showcased very briefly with a flashy and attractive ‘MVP visual’. It’s a short clip that lasts just a few seconds, revealing the Most Valuable Player in all their glory, with their chosen Agent posing and perhaps flashing off an ability or two. It beats the PC’s showcase of the MVP hands down – which is little more than a card that takes center-stage when the dust has settled.
Here’s the leak that showcases Reyna’s MVP animation:
Admittedly, it does look really cool – it’s only a small touch but it’s impressive, and it will allow whoever has performed the best in that game to feel a little more proud of themselves. It’s small features like this that are actively enabling VALORANT Mobile to stand apart from the core game.
VALORANT Mobile Looks Super Clean
VALORANT Mobile does look absolutely fantastic, and it’s inevitably going to open up an entirely new market for the game. Like PUBG Mobile towering over PUBG and Wild Rift standing firm alongside League of Legends, VALORANT Mobile will be a welcome accompaniment to the wonder that is VALORANT core. It’s a long-awaited release, and fans are having their anticipation stoked even more by these leaks, which are filling them with nothing but excitement about the upcoming title.
It helps that mobile gaming – and by association, mobile esports – is becoming increasingly popular as time goes on. Recently, the iPhone 15 hit the market, and it has been branded the most powerful phone for gaming ever invented – it can even play AAA games. With technological barriers being overcome, it’s only a matter of time before mobile esports take over entirely – and that’s not even that much of an exaggeration.
