When Does Overwatch 2 Season 5 End?
Overwatch 2 is part way through its fifth season. While the addition of new Overwatch Heroes has slowed down, the seasons are standing and ending at the same rate. The Overwatch season end dates have each been pretty predictable so far, but there’s been a lot of changes this season. With the Activision buyout seemingly going ahead along with changes to the promised content for Overwatch 2, it could have a knock-on effect at the end of the season.

When Does Season 5 End?
Season 5 of Overwatch 2 is in its middle point right even, even with pro players gearing up for the OWL Finals. It won’t last forever though. Each Overwatch 2 season end date so far has come around 9 weeks after it launched. Each has had roughly the same uniform length.
Overwatch 2 Season 5 began on June 13th, making it our summer season. This also puts the Overwatch 2 Season 5 end date at August 10th! We should expect a new batch of content to come to the game around then. With Overwatch Invasion and other content promised soon, the next season will definitely be one to watch.
The game is due to cross over into its next season on August 10th. That season in turn will likely be ending in mid-October too. At least if the Overwatch season end date lines up with all of the past end dates so far.
