Into The Breach Removes NEOFRAG From CS:GO Roster Amid Conduct Rumors
Into The Breach has announced the decision to terminate its professional association with rifler NEOFRAG, and has removed him from its roster with immediate effect.
NEOFRAG had played in just five official matches with Into The Breach, having been signed during the CS:GO roster changes in mid-July.

Into The Breach Statement
The statement from the team cites “comments and perspectives displayed which do not align with our attitudes regarding inclusivity and equality,” with “unequivocal breaches of our morals and company standards we cannot overlook.”
Early speculation about the termination of NEOFRAG from Into The Breach’s CS:GO roster centered around a video circulating of the player from a year ago. Into The Breach founder and CEO Sam Macedonio swiftly jumped online to quash these rumors, stating that “the termination was due to recent behaviour, not an old clip,” asking people to “stop hypothesising.”
Considering NEOFRAG had only been with his new team for a grand total of 23 days, it seems that the player had managed to establish a pattern of behaviour that Into The Breach felt was unacceptable in a remarkably short space of time. Clearly, the organization felt this made its position untenable going forward.
It’s unknown if we’ll ever get to know the full truth behind NEOFRAG’s alleged “comments and perspectives”. However, rampant speculation helps no one, especially in a situation as delicate as this.
Going Forward
Presumably, Into The Breach will now be in the market for a new rifler, with the BLAST.tv Paris Major 2023 underdogs looking to maintain their place in Tier 1 Counter-Strike.
As for NEOFRAG himself, the player released his own statement on the situation, claiming he “made distasteful jokes” to “be funny and gain favour with my new teammates.”
NEOFRAG describes his release as a “shock,” but respects Into The Breach’s decision.
